Rollout for Recovery, a focused session using Yoga Tune Up® methods and therapy balls on Wednesdays at 10:30am, Strength & Mobility Yoga Level 1/2 class every Thursday at 9:00am,  and Yoga for Student Athletes Thursdays at 4:30pm.

Using the ESPN acclaimed Power Yoga for Sports™ program along with functional movement and recovery techniques with Yoga Tune Up® balls – my sessions deliver a one-two punch to get your athletes flexible and strong both mentally and physically.

Yoga for Mobility

My Yoga for Mobility classes are perfect for those recovering from an injury, seniors, office ninjas still working from home or others that feel more comfortable practicing at home.  These recovery classes are taught with a chair and props that you can find around your home.

The replays are very easy to use and yes - you can do them in your jammies!
