Strength & Mobility Yoga Level 1/2 class every Tuesday at 9:00am and Get on the Ball!, a recovery wellness class using Yoga Tune Up® balls every Wednesday at 10:30am, Yoga for Mobility Thursdays at 11:30am, and Yoga for Student Athletes Thursdays at 4:30pm.

Using the ESPN acclaimed Power Yoga for Sports™ program along with functional movement and recovery techniques with Yoga Tune Up® balls – my sessions deliver a one-two punch to get your athletes flexible and strong both mentally and physically.

Yoga for Mobility

My Yoga for Mobility classes are perfect for those recovering from an injury, seniors, office ninjas working from home or others that are under stay at home orders.  These recovery classes are taught with a chair and props that you can find around your home.

The replays are very easy to use and yes - you can do them in your jammies!
